So as the rest of Europe fly off to Prague, the real champions are here in Luton for the finale of the GUKPT. The Champion of Champions week has some added spice this year, with the rankings going down to the Wire. With £20k for 1st it's not to be sniffed at.

Next week sees the start of the new UKIPT tour with event 1 in Galway. I wasn't planning on travelling anywhere else before xmas, but some severe peer pressure and the promise of some golfing action will see me head over there next Thursday with James. Also on the cards is a trip to Australia in January to play the Aussie Millions. Australia is somewhere I've always wanted to visit. Hopefully we can tie up the loose ends to that trip fairly quickly and start off the new year with some sun...

James' Poker Million final is Live on Sky Sports on Friday (7pm). I'm very much hoping to have the rankings tied up by then so I can head back to London to watch it with a bunch of people. Unfortunately there's no official party this year so we'll just have to have an unofficial one... I've done a couple of interviews this week, one of which you can check out here.
